American defender Ryan Flood signs for Harps from USL Championship side Phoenix Rising on a 2 year deal.

Flood has played under Harps boss Dave Rogers in the past and the boss had this to say about the player: “Having coached and worked closely with Ryan before at FC Arizona and overseeing his transfer to the USL Champions Phoenix Rising I am delighted to bring him to Finn Harps FC for the next two years”.
