Finn Harps Football Club is responsible for setting the standards, expectations and values in relation to establishing and making football enjoyable for everyone, irrespective of their disability or disabling factors.
Football is for everyone to enjoy and take part.
It should be enjoyed and belong to anyone who wants to participate in it whether as a coach, official, player, staff, a club member or a fan.
The aim of Finn Harps Football Club’s Policy is to ensure that everyone wanting to contribute to football is treated with fair treatment and respect no matter their disability or disabling factors.
All Finn Harps Football Club members involved in the club should adhere and abide to this policy and make sure this policy is strictly adhered to including when organising summer camps, training sessions in schools, local clubs or indeed any camps so that everyone is contributing and involved.
Finn Harps Football Club will ensure that it treats everyone fairly with respect and provide access and opportunities for all members of the community to take part in and enjoy all club activities.
Any fans, person or member of the public wanting to get involved in football activities can be assured of an environment in which their rights, dignity and equality will be respected and be able to watch or contribute in an environment without any threat of harassment, abuse, intimidation or victimisation.
Finn Harps FC will review this policy in 12 months or before if any events or changes occur.
