Preview: Finn Harps vs Drogheda United

Finn Harps are back in action tonight as Drogheda United make the trip to Ballybofey. Kick-off at Finn Park is 7.45pm and the game is live on watchloi.ie

Harps will be looking to build on a good performance against Dundalk last weekend in what is the first of three games in the space of a week for Ollie Horgan’s men. The Drogs come into the game on a high after an impressive 3-1 victory over St. Patrick’s Athletic last time out.

Striker Tunde Owolabi spoke to club media ahead of the game; “Drogheda are off to a great start and have some quality players, but so do we. The lads are focused, we’ve had a good week in training and we just have to go into the game with a positive attitude, work hard as a team and we’re confident we can do well.”

In team news, Ollie Horgan will be forced to watch from the stands as he serves the second game of a three match ban. The injuries are mounting up for Harps with Johnny Dunleavy, Ryan Connolly, Kosovar Sadiki, Adam Foley, Stephen Folan and Sean Boyd all doubts.
