Marquee signing for 2024 Cawley joins from Sligo Rovers. The 32 year old has experience beyond his years and has had a stellar career at the top level and still performs to a Premier Division level.
Across his career he has made 360 appearances for Sligo Rovers (where he won the Premier Division title in 2012), St. Patrick’s Athletic and Galway United.
He has played in the qualification rounds of all three UEFA club competitions. In 2023 he played in five of Sligo Rovers UEFA Conference League qualification rounds, captaining 3 of those games.
He made 23 appearances in the League of Ireland Premier Division wearing the captain’s armband in 12 of those games and should show his immense quality for Harps in 2024.
