Welcome Arend and Thanks To John and Tina Maloney

Thanks to John and Tina Maloney and Family For their Ongoing Support!

The Harps away support in Treaty recently included no fewer than ten members of the extended Maloney family  who were visiting Ireland from the USA and made sure to prioritise a Harps game while here.  John and Tina have sponsored our WU17 team via their company MIP Investments and we massively appreciate their ongoing support.  So a massive thank you to Tina, John and the Hayes, Bries and Krupp families for their support in Limerick and over the last few years!

We were delighted to welcome Arend Lommert to Finn Park for the first time.  Hailing from Groningen in The Netherlands, Arend describes how he came to end up getting into the Harps: “The reason I’m visiting was quite some funny note. I was playing FIFA23 om the PlayStation and was playing Harps (before the relegation) as a manager. I won the Champions League (obviously) and posted it on X. After that, Chris Ball contacted me and send me some stickers of the club. I then watched Harps – UCD online, and when they were a man down I tweeted that if Harps dragged a point from this, I’d be booking the trip to see the Bray Wanderers game. And here we are, a man of my word.”

We hope you had a great visit despite the result Arend and to see you here again soon!
