Finn Harps are on the road once again this weekend as they take on Kerry FC tomorrow night. Kick-off at Mounthawk Park is 7.45pm and the game is live on loitv.ie. The game is a sell-out and Harps fans who did not manage to get tickets are advised to contact [email protected]
Dave Rogers told club media: “Unfortunately our four game unbeaten run came to a disappointing end away to Waterford FC and with a score line that nobody expected or wants to go through again.
For the first 30 minutes we were the team playing on the front foot and limiting Waterford FC to very little so to capitulate in the manner we did and concede such poor and preventable goals was a real lesson for us all.
Yet again the players have trained with a spring in their step and a desire to go to Kerry FC and try to win the match and respond in a positive direction and show the fans that last week was just a bad day at the office.
On the injury side, we are still without our captain Keith Cowan who is still a few weeks away with his hamstring & Nerve problem. Cian Lynch is making steady progress in his rehabilitation program from his meniscus injury and will step up his workload next week while Sean will serve the last game of his suspension tomorrow and be available for selection once again. ”
