Getting There:
There is no fan bus planned for this game.
Driving / Parking :
Mounthawk Park is located in a residential area on the North side of Tralee town but is well in walking distance of Tralee Town.
The brand new Tralee-Fenit greenway has opened which leads from the town centre to the turnstile if you fancy a scenic stroll to the game. You can enter the Greenway across the road from the Bus and Train Station and it is approx a 10 minute walk to the ground.
Map of the greenway, which is fully lit, can be viewed here: http://www.
If you’d prefer to walk on the main route, follow Rock Street from the town centre, onto Upper Rock Street, continuing onto the R556 before turning left onto Cloonarorig and Lios Rua before you arrive at Mounthawk Park
Parking at the ground is limited and advice from the Gardai is to respect residents parking at the ground so get there early. There is ample parking in the town centre and surrounds. If you are a disabled supporter, please contact [email protected] to arrange parking and entry requirements in advance for a hassle free experience in the Kingdom!
Eircode for Mounthawk Park is V92A3E7
Public Transport
Fly: Direct route from Dublin to Kerry Airport, served twice daily with Ryanair (at time of writing there are flights to Kerry for €35 in morning and €50 in afternoon). From there, you can get a Bus Eireann Bus, Taxi or train from Farranfore town to Tralee (Approx 10 minutes drive)
Dublin Coach route 300 also provides an option, with the next departure after the game at 1am.
Bus Eireann has a route to Tralee with a change in Limerick City but the last departure is too early to be any use on Friday.
Tralee is serviced by trains from Dublin but these finish well before the match will be over, last service at 7.
Before the game:
There are loads of pubs in the Town Centre but the closest pub to Mounthawk Park would be O’Donnells Bar, approx a 7 minute walk to the ground.
In the Ground:
Harps fans should congregate in North Terrace, the end furthest from the entrance gate. You will be directed past the East Terrace and the Away supporters are housed from the corner flag towards midfield. Make plenty of noise!
