Finn Harps and Keith Cowan have today parted company by mutual consent.
A club legend at Finn Harps, Cowan has made over 250 appearances for the club across two spells. His first spell at the club began in 2010 where he would stay with the Harps until 2020 playing a key role in multiple promotion campaigns under Ollie Horgan in 2015 and 2018. He was also a member of the Finn Harps squad that made a memorable run to the FAI Cup semi final in 2014. His return to the club for the 2023 season was welcomed warmly by fans showing their appreciation for the captain and the relationship that was built during his first spell.
Keith and his wife have recently welcomed their new born baby girl into the world and along with his full time work commitments it has been agreed that his family and personal commitments must take priority.
We thank Keith always for his professionalism and dedication when wearing the famous Harps jersey and wish him and his family a wonderful future.
