As a club rooted in the community of Donegal, all associated with Finn Harps FC have deeply felt the pain and sadness that has hung over our County for the past week.
We wish to express our sincere condolences to all those bereaved in the dreadful tragedy that struck the village of Creeslough and surrounding areas last week, and to wish speedy recoveries to all those injured.
One week on from the awful events of last Friday we wish to respectfully mark the losses at tonight’s match at Finn Park against Dundalk FC. As well as a minute’s silence, we will host a bucket collection for the Irish Red Cross “Creeslough Community Support Appeal”. Our design team have produced a special commemorative cover for tonight’s match programme, and all proceeds from programme sales will also go directly to the fund. We would also like to thank our printing partners Impacto Print, Letterkenny who have kindly printed the programme free of charge to support the fund.

We are overwhelmed by the response to the programme cover, thanks everyone who has responded and bought programmes and to Clare McCahill for her work on it and throughout the year.
