Finn Harps are pleased to announce the club has agreed a partnership with RYPT who have supplied the clubs staff and players with their session scheduling and reporting platform.
The RYPT app will provide the Harps management team with an efficient solution for the delivery of a strength and conditioning programme and measuring player progress.
Harps Manager Dave Rogers said “This agreement will not only help us monitor progress in pre-season but it will also help us put a professional long term plan in place to educate players on what’s required to help them get to the next level and give them the support they need to achieve those goals. This is another important step in establishing the right culture and environment we want at the club.”
Cormac O Beirne of RYPT added: “We’re delighted to welcome Finn Harps FC to RYPT for the 2023 season. It’s a club with big ambitions for the next 5 years and beyond and we’re excited about helping them deliver their athletic development programme across the entire club to prepare their players from the youth teams to the first team to compete at the highest level.”
The system will allow the club to centralise monitoring and testing from their GPS and other tools will give players the insights they need to prevent injuries before they happen and the opportunity to ensure everyone’s on the same page regarding fitness, progress and training availability.
Harps Head of Performance Lorcan Mason says RYPT will be a valuable tool for player development at the club: “I’ve been a great admirer of Cormac and his work at RYPT since its inception. RYPT is a fantastic platform which adds valuable insights into our physical preparation. The RYPT platform also provides our team with the ability to professionalise and adapt our preparation, creating great buy-in within our team environment.”
