Finn Harps Academy are delighted to announce a new link-up with Adam Speer of Speer Performance.
This new cooperation will provide the Academy and national players with specific strength and conditioning programmes and sessions designed and carried out by Adam and his staff.
Moreover, players will be able to track their progression and get specific notes on their development and physical conditioning.
Head of academy Kevin McHugh was thrilled to add Speer Performance to the academy set up, saying – “We are delighted that Adam has come on board, and it’s another hugely positive addition to our Academy setup.
His background and work to date speak for themselves; Adam understands our setup and has put a holistic approach to these programs for the Finn Harps Academy and I believe this will only benefit the players.
A ‘consistent’ conditioning program for our players was something that we have been working towards for the past number of years, and I feel Adams proposal is a perfect fit.
We are a countywide club now, with players from every corner of the county in our Academy, we needed to find a way this would work for everyone travel wise and still have a consistency to it.”
